Dollar General has Downy and Bounce for $4.50, they often have ALL dryer sheets for really cheap, possibly as low as $1.00 each

Walgreen's  has Downy, and Bounce for 25% off

Ingredients:

6 - cups Hot Water

3 - cups White Distilled Vinegar

2 - cups Hair Conditioner (any brand)
1 - Empty Gallon Container
