July 2012 Savings Report

So not only did I hit my goal of 65% I surpassed it! This month the retail value of everything is $2,246.32, I spent $603.13, this means that I saved $1661.74 or 75.17% this past month! I also submitted for $26.74  in rebates.  This only includes transactions where a coupon was used. But that is still really good because we are avoiding eating out and all and well y'all know what the gas prices look like. This month did even include me doing some work in the yards!

Now, I also want to share that my YTD savings with my Target Red Card (debit version) is $271.40, (spent less their this month YAY!) it saves me 5% on all of my Target transactions, it comes directly out of your checking account a few days later, so if ya do much shopping at Target it is definitely worth getting. (This also tells me that I spend entirely way too much at Target, this is one of my budget leaks that I am working on.

And lastly my YTD savings so far is $8,4,76.04 or 74.76% with a retail value of $13,584.66 by the end of the year I would like to have this at 65%!!!!! Each month I get better with my coupons, my stockpile grows and I seal up those budget leaks a little bit more... (I REACHED THIS NOW I NEED TO MAINTAIN IT!)

June 2012 Savings Report

I also submitted for $20.00  in rebates.  This only includes transactions where a coupon was used. But that is still really good because we are avoiding eating out and all and well y'all know what the gas prices look like. This month did even include me doing some work in the yards!

Now, I also want to share that my YTD savings with my Target Red Card (debit version) is $228.71, it saves me 5% on all of my Target transactions, it comes directly out of your checking account a few days later, so if ya do much shopping at Target it is definitely worth getting. (This also tells me that I spend entirely way too much at Target, this is one of my budget leaks that I am working on.

And lastly my YTD savings so far is $6,632.26. or 58.49% with a retail value of $11,338.34, by the end of the year I would like to have this at 65%!!!!! Each month I get better with my coupons, my stockpile grows and I seal up those budget leaks a little bit more...

So not only did I hit my goal of 60% I surpassed it! d This month the retail value of everything is $2,045.73, I spent $718.75, this means that I saved $1277.98 or 67.36% this past month!  This only includes transactions where a coupon was used. But that is still really good because we are avoiding eating out and all and well y'all know what the gas prices look like.  This month did even include me doing some work in the yards!

April 2012 Savings Report

So I didn't quite meet my goal of 65% this month but I was close enough!  This month the retail value of everything is $1885.68, I spent $816.90, this means that I saved $1106.29 or 58.67% this past month!  This only includes transactions where a coupon was used. but that is still really good because we are avoiding eating out and all and well y'all know what the gas prices look like. Now, I also want to share that my YTD savings with my Target Red Card (debit version) is $162.27, it saves me 5% on all of my Target transactions, it comes directly out of your checking account a few days later, so if ya do much shopping at Target it is definitely worth getting.

And lastly my YTD savings so far is $4052.88  or 52.39% with a retail value of  $7735.44,  by the end of the year I would like to have this at 65%!!!!!

March 2012 Savings Report

So Not only did I meet my goal of at least 50%, I surpassed it, This month the retail value of everything is $1,975.6, I spent  $667.58, this means that I saved $1331.34 or 67.39% this past month!  This only includes transactions where a coupon was used. but that is still really good because we are avoiding eating out and all and well y'all know what the gas prices look like.

Now, I also want to share that my YTD savings with my Target Red Card (debit version) is $124.01, it saves me 5% on all of my Target transactions, it comes directly out of your checking account a few days later, so if ya do much shopping at Target it is definitely worth getting.

And lastly my YTD savings so far is  $2,899.08 or 49.78% by the end of the year I would like to have this at 65% and that is also my goal for this month!

Monthly Savings Report February 2012

 

I know I changed the picture for that and those are not all American coins, but I couldn't find the other one lol. So i changed how I track this this month and am only tracking purchases where a coupon is used. So this past month my savings was lower and my goal this month is to get it back up to at least 45%,  so with all that said, in the month of February I saved $739.93 which is 38.4%, I did have some larger purchases again and they were mixed with coupon items so that is part of why it is so low, that and I did stockpile diapers, wipes and cereal.

January 2012 Savings Report

So, I spent extra this month on some needed things like shelves etc. This includes all purchases that included a coupon or discount, ranging from groceries to formula for David.

In all I spent $1058.88, I used $430.75 in coupons, and had discounts totaling $367.27. This means I saved $798.02 which is 43.67%!!!!!!!!
